RISEKids does not use photos, videos, recordings, testimonials, or identifiable student information for marketing or public communications without appropriate school authorization and, where required, parent/guardian consent.

Surveys, Feedback, and Evaluation

RISEKids may use age-appropriate feedback, reflection tools, or evaluation forms to help schools understand student engagement, workshop usefulness, and possible next steps. Any student-facing survey, reflection, or evaluation process is coordinated with the school or partner organization and should follow applicable school notice, consent, and opt-out procedures.

If surveys or evaluations involve protected student topics, schools may need to consider PPRA requirements. PPRA governs certain surveys, analyses, or evaluations administered to students in programs funded by the U.S. Department of Education.

Security & retention: we use reasonable safeguards and keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law.

Trust, Safety & Safeguards

RISEKids is designed for child-facing school, family, and youth environments. Facilitators are expected to follow school procedures, professional boundaries, safeguarding expectations, and applicable screening requirements.

RISEKids works alongside school counselors, student-support teams, teachers, parents, caregivers, youth-serving organizations, and licensed professionals when additional support is needed. RISEKids does not replace school safety procedures, mandated reporting obligations, district policies, clinical services, or emergency response systems.

Important Safety Note

This website and contact form are not monitored for emergency reports. Please do not use this website to report abuse, neglect, threats, crisis situations, or emergencies. If there is an immediate danger, call 911. If you suspect child abuse or neglect in Florida, contact the Florida Abuse Hotline at 1-800-962-2873 or follow applicable school reporting procedures.
